The Randolph Avenue Quadruplex was originally a four-unit mixed-use building that was thoughtfully renovated and converted into a residential condominium. The project now features three two-bedroom units and one one-bedroom unit. The primary goal of this redevelopment was to create attainable, high-quality housing in a community facing ongoing challenges in maintaining sufficient workforce housing options.
