The Jefferson Avenue project began as a former local store in 1910 with family living quarters above. Though modest in size and divided into many small rooms, the home was reimagined through creative space planning. It has been transformed into a charming single-family residence featuring flexible living or sleeping areas and a spacious primary bedroom suite with vaulted ceilings.
