Our Randolph Avenue Duplex project, originally built in 1890, began with the removal of nearly four tons of debris—revealing that much of the first level had no floor. Staying true to its roots as a two-family home, we honored its original purpose while adding a modest two-story addition. The result is a thoughtfully reimagined duplex: two spacious units, each featuring 3–4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area designed for modern family living.
